Andy Wood
is Turning Point's founder and senior pastor. He's been doing stuff like that for nearly 30 years. Born in Mobile, Alabama, he's a (pathetic)
University of Alabama football fan and a NASCAR nut. He has been married to Robin for 24 years. They have three adult children. Whether as senior pastor, staff pastor, consultant, teacher, author, evangelist, or seminar leader, Andy has sought to work by a philosophy he refers to as
M.A.D.I.S.E.L.! - Make a Difference in Someone Else's Life!
A passionate teacher and communicator, computer geek and student, when he's not hanging out at Turning Point, you may find him teaching online at
Regent University or working on his blog,
LifeVesting.
Brent Hardegree
serves as the facilitating pastor for Turning Point. He’s a native west Texan, eschews Bama football and NASCAR, preferring instead to ardently support
Red Raider sports. Brent and wife Stacey have three sons: 23-year-old Jacob, two-year-old Luke, and toddler Taylor. Brent is fervent about servant leadership, particularly as related to the church and academic arenas. Spending time with family is a favorite pastime.

June Carter
is the Office and Finance Manager at TPCC. She also oversees the Benevolence ministry of Turning Point. June has been working in ministry for 18 years and is one of the original staff members of TPCC. Her passion for ministry comes from her calling to be a “cupbearer” to pastors. This calling was given to her by the Lord in the early years of ministry when she was seeking Him for a specific reason to continue working in full-time ministry. June has been married to Michael for 31 years. They have three grown daughters and four (almost five) grandchildren. She also goes by “Mimi” (to the grandchildren). Her hobbies are reading and decorating. June loves missions and has been on two mission trips to Thailand and has a deep love for the
Thai people.

Carrie Wiley
is the Children’s Ministry Coordinator for Birth through Fifth Grade. She’s loved kids since she was one and has aspired to work with them for most of her life. Carrie was born in Alabama, but has lived in West Texas for 12 years. She’s what we like to call an Alabexan. Carrie has been married to Kyle for a little over a year and has a twin sister and a younger brother. She loves anything
purple (is there really any other color?) and enjoys aquariums and fish of various natures. In her down time you can find her reading a good fiction book or hanging out with her friends and family. She is passionate about missions, particularly Eastern Asia, and teaching kids how to communicate with God. She is also a first-time mom to Laura Kate Wiley, born May 12, 2008.

Kyle Wiley
is Turning Point’s pastor of youth, college, and missions. Kyle has been at Turning Point for two years, and has been involved in ministry for six. Kyle was born in Amarillo, Texas, but raised in Lubbock, graduating #4 in his class from Cooper High School. After that, he spent four years at Texas Tech University, where he obtained a B.A. in History with a minor in Political Science. In July of 2006 he married Carrie Wood. The two of them together oversee Turning Point members from birth to grad school! Kyle is also the Turning Point
rugby team coach, as well as its only player. An avid chess player and reader of numerous books with titles that can’t fit in the space allotted, Kyle is surprisingly well-read and well-educated for being the apparent rugby fanatic that he is. Aside from these hobbies, Kyle enjoys watching college football, lifting weights, hunting, fishing, and sipping Aspen Lattes from
Sugar Browns coffee, as well as practicing his numerous accents on unsuspecting people.

James Sieffert
has gone from managing air traffic to managing guest and new member “traffic” as TPCC’s Connections Pastor. Born and raised in the great northern state of Michigan son of a preacher, he spent 20 years in the federal government as an Air Traffic Controller and left that career in January 2007 to pursue the calling on his life in full time ministry. He is currently enrolled full time at Liberty University Distance Learning Program, finishing his BS in Religion while beginning dual enrollment in Graduate school seeking an MA in Human Services concentration in Church Ministries. James lives by the motto “God is in the business of taking bad situations and making GOOD things happen”. He and Tammy were married March 16, 2007 and have three sons (Nathan 18, Andrew 16, and Taylor 10), five dogs, five cats, two goats (Israel and Judah), 9 Chickens, a Columbian Boa, and occasionally a rat until the Boa gets hungry.
